Chris Seabrooke **

Over the years, Chris has been on the boards of over twenty JSE listed companies. He is presently CEO of Sabvest Limited, chairman of Metrofile Holdings L imited, deputy chairman of Massmart Holdings L imited and a director of Datatec Limited (JSE/AIM), Brait S.A. (Luxembourg/Ldn/JSE) and N et1 UEPS Technologies I nc (Nasdaq/ JSE). In addition he sits on a number of unlisted boards in South Africa and internationally. He is a former C hairman of The South African State Theatre and former Deputy Chairman of the inaugural National Arts Council of SA.

Martyn joined the Group in April 2008 after a career which spanned 18 years at Kimberly-Clark of South Africa (Pty) Limited. Martyn held various positions including Group Administration Manager, Company Secretary and Group Financial Manager. Martyn is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Pharos Medical Plan, an open medical scheme, a position he has held since 2003. Prior to being appointed chairman of the scheme he was the Principal Officer.

Michael Judin *

Michael is currently a director of the Johannesburg based law firm Goldman, Judin Inc. He is legal advisor to, and a director of the American Chamber of Commerce in South Africa, the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa and a member of the e-Commerce Advisory Committee of the Financial Services Board of the Republic of South Africa. In addition he is a non-executive director of Nu-World Holdings Limited and Primeserv Group Limited, and is also a director of several unlisted companies and trustee of several trusts.

Cynthia is the chief financial officer of Mineworkers Investment Company (Pty) Limited with responsibility for finance and strategy having previously served as an audit partner at Deloitte & Touche. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Primedia Holdings 1 Ltd, Metrofile Holdings Limited, Nimble Group (Pty) Limited and an alternate Director of British Petroleum SA (Pty) Ltd and Masana Petroleum Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

Carl Coutts-Trotter **
